Wow! These are A-MAZ-ING! You may think that is a bit overstated but I really think these “Victorian Girl” custom painted slip ons by Rhionna Widener are one of the best custom shoes I’ve seen in the past few weeks. The client requested two Victorian girls, one “good” girl and one “bad” girl with an emphasis on ‘gratuitous cleavage’. Rhionna met that goal and then some.
