Hi. Now I’m not saying this because i design shoes. But the winners are never great designs. There’s a difference between designing a custom shoe v. taking an anime cartoon, or drawing some drawing on it, and making a painting pretty much. I feel that there is a fine line between the two, and that line is a HUGE difference when it comes to sneakers. Having done this for 4 years, i can tell when a person has just drew something, and actually DESIGNED A SHOE. not knocking these designers, because some of the artwork is GREAT. I just feel that Judges should look at other aspects, because everything seems to be the same to me.
